Pond construction

Kingston Aquatics offer a full design and build service for gardens without ponds or water features or expansion of smaller ponds.

Planning:

We will work with you to site the pond in the best position for the garden, the fish and plantlife and will provide schematics to give you a feel for what your new pond will look like.

Build:

From the initial dig, we can build a pond to your exact specification. We install filter systems out of site, install electrical systems to power your pump(s), filter(s), UV system, lighting and fountains all safely earthed and individually switched for maximum flecibility and safety. Additional features such as waterfalls are available.

Populate:

We work with you to make the pond fit in with its surroundings and provide a charming and tranquil environment in your garden. We will arrange the delivery of fish to their new home and ensure they adapt to their new suroundings and are happy in their new home. We can build plant ledges and supply a full range of plants depending on the time of year.

Completion:

Once the pond is complete, we will show you how to look after your new pond and advise you on the tell tale signs to make sure that you fish remain healthy. We advise on feeding for fish and plant care together with tips on cleaning filters and pumps to ensure correct water flow.

Management:

We can maintain your pond for you all year round if you wish. For a modest fee we will clean the pump(s), filter(s) and keep the water clear and the fish happy.
